I have brew a few batches and they all have that " homebrew taste" and i want to find out what it is and how to get rid of it, or that i am crazy. I would like an experienced homebrewer in the area to taste and diagnose my brew i have two different batches that have the same taste. Can someone help, im in pennsauken nj.

Are you doing extract batches? Personally I've found that cutting out LME completely and using only DME has knocked that "homebrew taste" out of my beers. Either that or I'm going crazy.

Default Wish you werent so far south

+1 a little too far of a ride for me,but I agree the DME or higher quality fresher extract should help that"worty" flavor but without tasting could not really say, good luck my man!Don't get discouraged most weird flavors can be dealt with.

Cheers!
