Default Need help, looking for a vacation

A local brewery, 2nd Shift Brewing, had a weekend brew program. People could come brew with them all day Saturday and learn more about brewing. They partnered with a local restaurant for beer paired foods for meals. Sunday they wrapped it all up. I now have some vacation time, the first time in 5 years, went back to school, and am looking for something like this to do for me and my wife.

So does anyone know of a place that does this? Something in the midwest would be best travel wise but we can go anywhere. I don't know if a brew vacation is possible, but I would sure like to go on one! I would have went to the AHA convention, but I had to work that week.
Thanks in advance!
