I'm trying to go to bed but before I do I'm trying to order honey from Northern brewer along with everything else so I only have to pay 1 shipping charge, but I have NO IDEA what type of honey to get for priming my Honey Kolsch kit. Somone please let me know so I can go ahead and order it and go to bed, long friday ahead of me =(

Buy local honey. Clover or wildflower is fine. Your local walmart or grocery store will do.

So I guess it doesn't matter in the type of honey. There you go.

I couldn't find any on priming. I just was not sure if the priming honey has to be a certain type or not. The honey from the kit will go into the boil and the recipe calls for priming with corn sugar. I just figured it couldn't hurt to put honey in the prime as well. Thanks passeddown.
