I didn't have a johnson Controller on our Freezer. We froze the 2 kegs 1 Froze solid and the other 1 was very slushy. We waited about a week to sample tapped a glass and found a very heavy metal taste to the beer. Do you think it was from freezing or something else.

I think you're pretty much effed on this one.

I once froze a bottle of beer due to forgetfulness, I thawed it out and re-chilled, never the same.
