I've never used any fruit extracts. I've used actual fruit and gotten almost no extra flavor.

How much extract do you add? What is the extract made of?

Raspberry extract. 4 ozs are added prior to bottling. We'll see how it turns out.

I've used two extracts, one with my cherry wheat, and another with my raspberry creme ale. I didn't like the cherry wheat because it gave it that "fake" cherry flavor, but the raspberry was right on and tasted amazing. Good luck with yours
