Default My Brew Weekend

Friday:
Went to my LHBS and bought the ingredients for my next five batches plus my first sack of 2-row.

Saturday:
I kegged my cream ale and my pale ale.
I racked my chocolae cherry stout off the cherry's.
Tapped BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde.

Sunday:
Used my new grain mill for the first time, crankenstein 3d.
Brewed the first recipe that I came up with myself, a porter.
Started my first batch of EdWort's Apfelwein.
Brewed a batch of Orfy's Hob Goblin II.

I would like to have done all that. I was planning on bottling my IIPA today, but all I did was brew an Irish Red last night/this morning. I guess I'll bottle on Tuesday if I can.

Tasted my first sample of my first batch Saturday, a California-style amber ale (extract + steeping grains). Not carbed enough yet (as expected) but great flavor and mouthfeel!

Brewed a robust porter Sunday morning whilst watching football.

Also drank a growler of AleSmith YuleSmith, some Rogue American Amber, some Firehouse Pale, a couple Guiness, a six pack of Bear Republic Red Rocket Ale and a couple Stone Pale Ales (my wife helped a little).
