Default my beers gravity was less than expected

I made my bavarian hef today.....and much to my dismay, the propane tank ran out around 45 min into my boil...I know now to always make sure I have enough propane...

My expected 12.5 brix but turned out to be around 11....

I know it will result in a lighter body...but will it be too light for a heff????
Will the yeast overtake it????? What can result???

it is going to be a little light but at least it didin't run out in 30 minutes. You should be good. There is not much you can do...had you some malt extract you could have added to make up the gravity but just go with it and use it as a learning experience.
