My lite beers always have to much foam

Or pouring too aggressively. I don't bottle, but I can tell you that just by altering the pour of of the tap, I can get little head or 3/4 of a glass of head.

I may be over carbing,I keg then carb at 20 lbs. for a day or two in the fridge
