Default More Yeast Pr0n :-)

One more fermentation time lapse. This is Northern Brewer's Synchronicity Extraortinaire Wheaten Saison all-grain kit that I brewed on Saturday. Yeast is Wyeast Belgian Wheat, 3942 at about 70F.

Images are one every 30 seconds for about 56 hours, played back at 24fps.

I must say, Fermcap is some pretty cool stuff. Ended up not even needing the blowoff tube.

Nice video. I'm actually brewing this kit in the morning. Really looking forward to it. Did you make any changes to the recipe?

Nope, just the normal 60 minutes.
