I've watched that one on youtube a couple times. The history of beer ones are good too.

Yeah,I've watched the ones at Jack Daniel's & Jim beam. Interesting that the "mash" they start out with is called beer. Uses much the same stuff beer makers do to distill & age into straight whiskey or bourbon.

I keep a lot of that stuff saved on my DVR. I also have "How Beer Saved the World" that came on the discovery channel in January. I also have all of the brew masters episodes saved.

I have that beer modern marvels on my DVR as well. I show it to friends who help me brew whenever there is downtime to help explain the history and process.

I've watched that MM brewing episode 20 times. They show the places I went to, when I was in Germany last year. It's great.
