So I'm making a Chocolate Banana Stout. I came home to this dirty airlock

So I got creative because I wanted to keep the usability of my hose. I sawed off the top half of the airlock and the filter tip on the bottom (gets clogged)

Haha!!! So far so good. I love my Dremel ;)

I had that originally but I couldn't get the tube out for a proper clean. This way I can. Totally works better for me
 
I did this to my first three piece airlock, except the inner tube and the nipple broke through the outer reservoir in a perfect concentric knock-out. It was quite amazing.
