Default Mini 5L kegs

I was wondering if you could put the small 5L party Kegs in one of those Mini Kegerator Refrigerator & Draft Beer Dispenser and still not go flat? Do I still have to let it carbonate in the keg? Would I have to get one that uses CO2?

Some if those systems like the avanti mini pub will keep a mini keg carbed.
