Default Midwest Supplies: $30 for $60 in Home Brewing Supplies
Unfortunately it's redeemable only in the store. You can purchase up to two per person though! I got two for myself and might have SWMBO get two more for me

It's worth mentioning that they're redeemable In-Store only.
