I'm still fairly new to this site but not to good brews. Recently I started getting into meads and just this past Saturday brewed my first one...so anyway, I finally got my hand on an '04 bottle of Apis Poltorak Jadwiga and damn if that isn't one fine mead. I know that it's very highly thought of and such but I really wasn't expecting something this good. Any other meads out there that can live up to this stuff?
