Default Lots of secondary ferm

On Saturday morning i racked my IIPA that had been sitting in my primary for a little over three weeks into the secondary. This is the longest I ever let a brew sit in the primary so I figured it was done. measured the gravity and it seemed to be a bit on the high side, but nothing crazy. I also dry hopped into the secondary and now this think is bubbling like I just re-pitched it! I've done virtually everything the same as I've always done in re-racking and I've had SOME bubbling in the secondary before, but nothing this active. I'm wondering how this brew is going to turn out, for some reason I have this feeling it's gonna miss my expectations

Well racking may have restarted a semi stuck fermentation since you said the gravity was high.
