Start out I got my Vittle Vaults II and a 15 gallon fermenter from US Plastic around 10 am .. Then the two Vornado clip on fans came in the afternoon ... I get home and my Hops are there . I ordered 4 pounds from Hops direct and I ended up with a little over 4 1/2 pounds the Hallertau was 4 oz over alone ...

And I forgot my wife bought this at a commercial restaurant supply store. Said can you use this brewing measures perforated heavy duty cookie sheet -26" x 18" x 1"

I instantly think huge false bottom

now I just need to find a cooler it fits


And the hefe was fully carbed ... life is good
