Default Lights Out IPA

So I began a West Coast Style IPA recipe earlier tonight and about 15 minutes into the boil a storm knocked my power out. Luckily I had a friend across town who still had power and we transported everything over to his place and finished the brew with about 30 minute delay. Thus was born "Lights out IPA"

After resuming the boil all seemed to go as well as possible. Hit the OG, pitched and brought everything back home where the power was back on. My dumbass didn't bother to turn to the stove off though so the burner was back on and my house was hot as hell. Oh well, atleast I didn't burn it down.

Lights Out IPA does roll of the tongue a lot easier than "Crap I almost burned my house down IPA"

I was thinking with a name like that, you should through in another couple of #'s of fermentables to really kick up the ABV. Then your lights may go out!
