Leffe Tripel Clone ( or better ). Noob triple question

I am just sipping a little 25cl bottle of this and think I might want to brew up a batch. Anyone here have a recipe?

Also I can ranch the yeast off one of these easily ( I think !!! ).

Is the yeast in the bottle the same as the yeast in the primary fermentation?
