Leap Year Beer
I'm thinking about making a beer on or around February 29, and then aging it until the next February 29.....
I'm thinking about doing an Old Ale..
Any suggestions?

And use 29 pounds of malt and bitter to 29 IBUs. Carbonate to 2.9 volumes etc...
