Default Krausening Sediment

Perhaps a dumb question, as I assume that it would but thought I would ask, "Does carbonation with Krausening leave a sediment?"

Sure it does. Just like with using priming sugar, DME, honey, etc. You cause a mini-fermentation in the bottle, so once the yeast is finished, it'll drop to the bottom.
