Default Kijiji Find......with pics

Found a good deal on my local kijiji.com website. Went out and checked it out

I got in total for $60

3 Large Carboys: 5G, 6G, 6G
2 Small Carboys: 3 Gallons each

AND...........

A can of John Bull Premium you brew beer.......from what date? who knows
There is no date on the can, I guess it doesn't expire but I don't think I'll be brewing it anytime soon! For now, I'm going to find a spot on the bar for it, as a antique piece!

Here first is a pic of my bar:

And here is the beer:

First, NICE bar!
2nd, nice score
3rd, I'd question how old that can is with bi-lingual labeling. Isn't that farly recent marketing stuff?

nah, Canada went to bi-lingual in 1995 I think?

I figure that since i have extra carboys around now......The only thing I can do is try, I can open it, smell it and give it a shot. Doesnt look like any yeast is in it......

Yeah, we've had bilingual labels in Canada since.....forever it seems.
Nice find though!

$60 for those carboys is a great find.

Very nice deal indeed.

Think about putting that kit on hold and reward yourself with a true homebrew recipe.
