OK, I have both 19 Litre and 50 litre kegs. When conditioning in the keg do you pressurize the kegs to room temp or put them in the fridge? with 4 X 19 L and
3 X 50 L there aint much room in my fridge.
pressurize definitely. they don't need to be refrigerated, but you don't want them sitting at 80F either. if you don't have room in the fridge then find a cool spot in the house and you'll be good.
If given the choice (and space), i would do it cold because CO2 goes into solution easier and quicker when the solution is colder.
