It may not make a hill of beans.. I believe I've seen this asked before but can't find the thread.

I just received my new GE 7 cu ft chest freezer and I've coupled it up with a Penn controller.

Does it make any difference if the freezer control is at it's lowest or highest setting or somewhere in between?

My faulty logic tells me it doesn't make any diff as the temp will never get as low as the highest setting.

What say you all????

Gotta love good BBQ.I have a Weber bullet.Mostly cook ribs,but I've done
a packers brisket,and a beer can chicken that was pretty good also.

Have three weber's but never a bullet. Have a large Cookshack Amerique and the newest is a Traeger pellet stove.. It's a dang good cooker.. surprised the heck out of me.
