Default Its a nice night to brew

mild temps here in MA, around 40-45*F...cracked a couple liters of Pale Ale #97a and brewing up Banshee's Big Brother (My Red Ale, with a little more kick)....after crappy times at work (re-orgs and a couple lay-offs to make the company stronger) lately, it's a nice way to spend a night.

got 25 mins left on my boil.

Sounds like a great way to spend the evening. Heres to you making it through the layoffs! (I apologize if I've spoken too soon)

I think I might be ok, though I might have to lay off some of my staff. Really dunno yet. For now, my Wort Chiller is working hard, and I should be going to secondary in about 20 mins,,,,

question-I can't find my chart for some reason-can someone give me an adjusted SG for 1.050 @80*F? I think that it should be around 1.052 or so......

1.053...it's about .001 for every 6 degrees above 60F.
