Irish Moss
I'm in the process of making a pale ale... I used Irish Moss and I'm about to bottle it. How can I make sure not to get the moss in my brew? It's all floating on top. I don't have a filter. Should I just strain it out with a medal strainer?

Did you add the Irish Moss during the boil or after?

A sanitizer strainer will work...

Usually i add irish moss 15 mins before the end of the boil. If done this way you wont have to worry about straining it out when you bottle.

Then you probably don't have irish moss floating on your beer. More than likely just krausen from the yeasteis. When you rack to the bottling bucket just stop before you get the sludge from the top.
