Default Instruction question

Quote:
Boil the water and malt mixture for 45 minutes.
It took 25 minutes to get from 160 to boiling - boil ANOTHER 45 minutes??

Exactly- always boil for the time listed. If it's a 60 minute boil, I start my timer (and the hops addition) after I reach a rolling boiling and time everything else from there.
