Infection or....... RDWHAHB!?
|
|
I racked my Honcho Grande Brown Ale Clone to secondary two days ago. It has slowly developed into what looks to be an infection . All of that is almost double what it was this morning!
What do you think?

It's fine, you just kicked up a bit of yeast and have some CO2 coming out of suspension bringing it to the top.

Cool cool. I was hoping that it was just CO2 bubbles, but a few of them just looked a little "funky"to me.
Thanks!

As long as it doesn't smell like rotten eggs, you'll be just fine.
