Default If someone is looking to upgrade...

I found this on craigslist. It is a lot of cash to drop all at once and don't know if it is worth the price, but it does look like a nice, complete setup.

Don't know about the all grain thing much yet but I would like to know your recipe for the Pilsner Urquell and how it turns out when finished.

That's a nice setup.

But it's always a little sad to see someone leaving the herd.

Maybe the SWMBO put her foot down.

In that case it'd be time to find a new SWMBO.

It was an extract kit I got from AHB. Just finished a D-rest after 3 weeks of fermenting and will be lagering for a couple months. I can give you the recipe if interested.

It would seem you could be more "proud" with a DIY rig. I've seen a couple rigs of similar appearance go on CL Austin for $1250-1500 but that one could be nicer.
