Default If a female brewer is a brewster, does that mean a female maltster is a malter?

Just wondering.

I thought we just called chick brewers "Yooper"

I'm sure any of them out there would take it as a compliment.

Maybe its just me, but I like to add -(a)trix or -stress to my titles. The problem is possible negative connotation.

No, no. Really though, I just use the same title unless they want otherwise.
