You right it is. In all honesty, the reason people with young kids gain weight is mostly due to over eating. You get so little sleep that you feel tired then you end up snacking a lot during the day. It doesn't matter how healthy your meals are. I'm a vegetarian and my wife is lactose intolerant so our diet is pretty much fruits and vegetables. She does bake some awesome bread though.
