Today I brewed 10 gallons of what I'm calling Maiden Voyage IPA. It's the first brew on the new rig, and I'm using the first year hops from my garden.

244 + 10 = 254

I just cooked up my first batch of wort of Wednesday 1-6-10. It's the True Brew American Wheat.

I'm probably going to put an order in for an IPA on my next payday.

So, either way, I'm at 5 gallons so far.

I'll add in Goatey's.

274 + 5 = 279 from Goatey.

279 + 5 = 284 from me.
