17 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 79.8 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 2 7.0 %
1 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 3 4.7 %
12.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.5 %
8.8 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 5 2.6 %
8.0 oz Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 6 2.3 %
2.00 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 7 55.2 IBUs
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 8 6.4 IBUs
2.0 pkg Nottingham (Danstar #-) [23.66 ml]

Looks good but personally I would add a few percent of roasted barley to add a little more flavor depth.

I'm wondering if you may want to back the crystal down a touch as well.
