How do you calculate your efficiency when doing AG

basically, measured OG / maximum OG.
you can use something like this to see what the max ppg for each grain is ( http://www.homebrewtalk.com/wiki/index.php/Malts_Chart ), add it all up and divide by volume to get the max OG

BeerSmith has the ability for a more specific example. I haven't used it yet, but when I do my first AG batch this weekend I can report back and talk about how easy/difficult it was to figure out how to use that function.
