Santa brought me A nitrogen tank and a regulator for Christmas. I am super excited about it, but have never looked up the full scope of nitrogen benefits and uses. Like do you carbonate with co2 first then push with nitrogen? I really have no clue any suggestions are welcome. Thank you! Merry Christmas

yes carb with co2, push with either nitrogen or beer gas(co2+nitro)

Just don't carb it up fully or you will get nothing but foam when pouring. I haven't fully refined my technique but what I do is:
Keg beer
Put in kegorator on 30 psi CO2 in through the out line
Switch to IN line and leave for 2 hours
Switch to beer gas
Should be ready in about a week.
