Default Help round out my beer selection

In my basement bar I'm now serving American Stout, Extra Special Bitter, and a Sweet Stout.

I have a lot of Marris Otter and Kent Golding Hops.

What would be a good 4th beer with these ingredients to provide some more variety for this time of year???

Basically looking for something "different" that uses Marris Otter as a base malt and kent golding hops.

Whatcha got?

You could use the Marris Otter in an IPA recipe, dont really know how well the kent goldings would go with that. Maybe use this recipe and sub marris otter for your base, and all kent goldings in the boil.

An English IPA would be great! Here's my recipe:

10 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 81.63 %
1 lbs Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 8.16 %
12.0 oz Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 6.12 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 4.08 %
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [6.20 %] (60 min) Hops 21.8 IBU
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [6.20 %] (30 min) Hops 16.7 IBU
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [6.20 %] (15 min) Hops 10.8 IBU
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [6.20 %] (5 min) Hops 4.3 IBU
1 Pkgs London ESB Ale (Wyeast Labs #1968) [Starter 1000 ml] Yeast-Ale

It's altogether possible that is actually Bradsul's recipe. I remember last summer wanting to make one, but had no recipe or idea what the style would be like. I did have a ton of MO malt, and EKG hops, so I made that. It was wonderful! (And, Bradsul, if that IS your recipe, thanks!)

Thank you. I was leaning towards an English IPA.
