Craziest thing just happened: I was looking at rig builds and saw the above photo. For a split second I could have swore I smelled SWEET WORT!

HBT now equipped with smell-o-vision? Or do I just need more sleep/coffee/beer?

No reason to be alarmed. This is perfectly normal. Let us know when you're to the point of smelling sweet wort out of thin air with no reference nearby to remind you. Even then you are considered "normal". By us anyways Whatever that's good for.

lol I thought I was the only one! I sometimes get that "phantom smell" as well. I also keep smelling the Red I brewed last, it is conditioning now in bottles...I have 10 days before I crack one. I had a taste of the "green beer" and I can even taste it from time to time now.....waiting is the suck!

I do have some "friends" coming over this Friday......I suppose I could chill just 1 and share a taste with them.......
