Ive only been doing this about 18 months. With 36 batches done, I know Ive got way more to learn than what I know. Having said that, Ive made several that myself and others were surprised that I made. Its been encouraging! Watching kegs tap out in 3 evenings has been bittersweet. Especially the aged high ABV ones Lots of room to move forward
