In January the owner of my LHS and great friend died and so did his store. Ray Ault and the beverage company are no longer. he was a great friend and the man that taught me how to brew. you know what they say. teach someone how to brew and they will befriend you for life. He was a good man. He devoted over twenty years to the beer and wine industry. he was the founder of the local brew club and a wonderful teacher. God bless him.

Sad to hear. Think of him while brewing, raise a glass each time. I lost my brewing partner a couple years ago. I still dump a little ale on the BBQ in his memory.

he willed me his mash tun the one I did my first brews in. He didnt know he willed it to me as I had it when he died and knowone else to claim it. Now Ill loan it out and teach others to brew.
