No known malt! Yikes!
If you want a truly grape flavored beer, I'd add some grape juice, wine, or melted grape jolly ranchers candy to the secondary fermentor.

I just tasted Christmas Ale 2011 (Anchor) it smells like sweet grape juice (part of aroma profile), that's why i'm asking.

I don't see why you can't just use grapes like you would in any other fruit flavored beer.

Anchor uses 1272, which has a bit of a fruity character. I would also look into Glacier hops, they always remind me of grapes.

If I am remembering correctly, DFH uses grape (red or white I can't recall) when brewing Midas Touch.

you are right), and DHF Chateau Jianu uses muscat grape juice, but idea is to get grape juice aroma without grape taste.)

Nelson Sauvin hops are advertised as producing Sauvingon Blanc notes. I have used them and can confirm that they are capable of this. 2-3 oz in a five gallon batch will definitely produce flavor contributions reminiscent of a white wine.
