Default Granite City

Sitting in one right now. Do they brew in house at each restaurant or is the equipment just for show. Their IPA is decent but nothing to get excited about. I was just curious looking at the 5 fern tanks I am sitting near.

They ferment in house. The wort is actually produced offsite and shipped to the restaurants. One wort plant will supply around 4 to 8 restaurants for an area.
