Default Good LHBS in San Antonio?

Just wondering if anyone from San Antonio knew of any LHBS in the area. I know there's Austin Homebrew but that's a little bit of a drive.

If San Antonio Homebrew Supply is still around, that is the only one I know of. However, I have not heard good things about it.

If you're just looking for raw goods like malt and hops, you might try talking to the brewer at Blue Star. I have had some luck in that regard with local brewpubs in my area.

Good thinking, Bobby. Those guys at Blue Star are quite friendly. Stop in there for a few beers, strike up some conversation, get to know them a bit, and maybe ask if you can piggyback on a bulk malt order sometime. You may even get a little slurry from them. With the current hops situation, you're probably still on your own for that.

I was just guessing. I got drunk in that joint once when I was in town for a couple nights. Seemed like a down to earth brewpub.
