Default Going to White Labs tomorrow

Plan on sampling the beers with the different yeasts......I might even take a pic or two...only if you beg

It is an awesome place. I was there last week. The experience is amazing and the tasting room is as cool if not cooler.

Finally made it there today....loved the IPA with the two combined yeasts

I was just there last week while visiting family in SD. Nice taproom and it was fun to do a side-by-side of similar beers brewed with different strains. Made me appreciate how something even as simple as a hefeweizen can vary in flavor due to differences in yeast.

I tend to go about every 2 weeks. Great resource for us here in San Diego.
