Go to Maria's...best Margarita's in the world, a tequila menu with hundreds to choose from, and arguably the best food in Santa Fe. Make reservations, and bring a designated driver. :drunk:

Also, go to Harry's Roadhouse if you get a chance...fantastic home cooking. Try the Blue Corn Waffles, and don't pass up the scrapple.
 
The Sleeping Dog Tavern is a nice little brewpub with some excellent house beers and pretty good food.
 
We went to Santa Fe Brewing Company this afternoon and had a taster sample. 10 beers, all quite good. If you are in Santa Fe and have an hour to kill, it's worth the trip.
