So I'm getting ready to enter my first competition, it's a regional thing put on by my homebrew club. The maltose falcons. And I was curious to ask what type of things I can expect and should be prepared for.

I plan in brewing an imperial stout, my house amber and either an IPA or maybe dubbel. Haven't decided that yet.

And this dang iPhone app didn't correct my fa fingers in the title of the thread. Whoops
