Wow that has to be one of the best I've read in this thread. Congrats cheer

Not to mention hops apparantly gives the beer body.

A friend came over and tried some of my beer. After a while he said "wow I think I'm starting to get a little buzzed. Does this have alcohol just like real beer?" WTF????

I can't recall the number of times I someone refused to try one of my beers because it was 'too dark'. This includes, in at least one instance, a Saison that was perhaps all of 6 SRM.

I'm sure this will come up more in this thread, but yeah. When I first noticed Sam Adams under "imports", somebody told me it's because they were brewed in England.

Yeah... I have never returned to that establishment.

Also, in response to the "Guinness gets me drunk faster" crowd, I always get drunk "faster" off of Guinness than I do other beers. Of course, it probably has something to do with the shot of whiskey and irish cream that I drop into it.

I, for one, would love to brew a goat pee voodoo witch magic beer.
