I came across a couple of brewing web sites tonight that I really enjoyed reading. Do you have some favourite sites to share? Here's the two I liked:

http://knewshound.blogspot.com/2006/03/homebrewing-101.html which features Dave the assistant and also Betty the Buick in a brief sub plot.

http://users.bigpond.net.au/RBI/About%20Homebrew.htm which shows how a starch test is not required when you have a Great Dane and will also make you realise all beer bottles should have the warning "drunkeness may occur, do not operate a hydraulic boiler liftovator"
