Default Fourth of July Brew

I'm planning my brew schedule and thinking about the Forth of July. I'd like to share my new hobby for the neighbor's bash, 2 all-grain 5-gallon batches. The weather around here for the 4th is usually 90's, sunny and wicked humid. Any suggestions?

Hefe's a good sunny warm weather beer. A nice crisp Kolsch or Pilsner. Or the good 'ol American Pale Ale.

Thank you for the suggestions. I was leaning toward an ale, IDA Independence Day Ale

Gotta go with an American style beer. Maybe a California Common?

Fourth of July is a big holiday, so I say brew big!

Make a big Golden Triple.
