Default foaming beer out of kegorator....beating a dead horae

Here is a little background...if you don't care skip to the problem.
Bought decent kegorator
Foam like crazy
Fixed issue with lower psi
Worked great for first 2 kegs

Problem
There is maybe 70% left in my keg...worked great until now
Then my beer line froze (never done this before)
After a little hand warm up its flowing
Now its all foam!!!!
So I turned down the thermostat....36 degrees now (sat for a week)
No more ice
Its still all foam

I'm thinking of cleaning my tap

Is it possible my keg froze? The lines where not completely froze, just the corners where the line was bent\coiled

There appears to be no foam in the line
My tap is sweating due to the cold beer

A few troubleshooting things that come to mind.
1. How long are your beer lines? I believe that about 10 feet is optimal for less foaming (Mine are about 6 feet and I don't have foaming issues)
2. What psi are you serving at? About 5 psi should be sufficient, if you are higher then you're putting more CO2 into solution in the kegs through force carbonation which could lead to foaming. Did you release pressure from the kegs when you turned down the psi?
3. It is possible that the keg has froze, I had issues with this when I built mine and the kegs were touching the cold walls (keezer).

I hope this helps.
