Default First brew "day" in five months!!!

Holy cow... I knew it had been a while, but this is ridiculous.

Nevertheless have about 15 minutes left in my mash on my Cahill Irish Red

I haven't taken any pics, but maybe I should of my kitchen all grain set-up!

Be back in a little bit with updates!

Well, I got a stuck sparge... then ended up with about an extra 1.5g of wort than I needed (and without the ability to use it)... and still hit my numbers! Estimated was 1.031 and 5g 10oz into the boiler and I hit 1.032 and 5g 32 oz in the boiler. Not too shabby, especially considering I still had that extra 1.5g of runnings.

I have about 25 minutes left in the boil, then onto the chill!
