I just popped the top on my first extract brewed oktoberfest. I was afraid it would taste bad or that I screwed it up somehow.
That was until I heard the hiss of co2 releasing from my 6 week old brew and to my dismay its one of the best beers I have ever had.
I have to thank everyone who asks questions I may have, and to all the people that answered those questions. Again thanks everyone
.James.
